Air University Associate-To-Baccalaureate Cooperative (AU-ABC) Program Partnership
The Air University Associate-to-Baccalaureate Cooperative (AU-ABC) program is an initiative between the Air University and institutionally accredited civilian academic institutions to complete a four-year degree. The program maximizes the utilization of military credit career education and training. The AU-ABC program is directed to active-duty members in the United States Air Force and the United States Space Force to include the Air Force and Space Force Reserves and Air National Guard.

Eligible Air Force and Space Force students will need to submit an application by clicking on the 专业研究学院 招生 Application. See specific eligible programs and more information below. Students applying for an AU-ABC degree program should type "AU-ABC" on the "Provide any additional information" field located on the "Certification and Signature" tag in the UIW application.步骤2

AU-ABC Degree Programs Offered by the 专业研究学院
The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) is designed for students who have completed a minimum of 18-30 credit hours of previous work in an occupational or technical field, and who want to utilize those hours toward completing a BA degree.
The Bachelor of Arts in Administration is designed especially for the transfer student. It contains a professional sequence of business courses that will provide students with the necessary background in administration for entry-level positions.
The purpose of the major in Human Resources is to prepare students for challenges in the workplace related to managing and developing people. This includes those interested in HR careers as well as those who desire to improve their ability to solve problems, improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of people in organizations.
The purpose of the major in Organizational Development is to prepare students for challenges related to improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency by increasing the capacity for individuals, groups and organizations to adapt to change. This includes those integrated in becoming OD practitioners, as well as those desiring to learn approaches for introducing new methods or practices in the workplace, and in helping organizations solve problems and achieve goals.
The Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies gives graduates the practical knowledge and experience to lead positive change in the workplace as well as their community. The program was designed to give students the expertise to understand, analyze and model skills needed in broad range or organizations such asd business management, 政府及非牟利机构. In addition, students can customize the degree to their personal career choice. Students are required to add a minor that will direct their studies for enhanced career opportunities.
